Birth Story Listening

Guided sessions for birth story integration and processing

  • Does a birth experience you had feel unresolved?

  • Do certain moments from your birth keep replaying in your mind?

  • Are you trying to make sense of what happened?

  • Or perhaps, you want to discover the gifts this birth experience still holds for you?

For mothers (and anyone who witnessed a birth) who feel their birth experience is unresolved, I offer Birth Story Listening (also called Birth Story Medicine®). This guided, therapeutic process helps integrate the difficult parts of your birth story into your life.

Created by midwife and childbirth educator Pam England, this approach is not therapy, but it is deeply healing. Sessions focus on helping you transform lingering difficult feelings into a sense of meaning and completion. One session is usually enough to find peace and resolution.

Recommended for mothers, partners, and birth workers seeking to integrate a birth experience into their life, restore emotional balance, and move forward with a sense of closure.

During these sessions I do not act as a therapist nor do I provide therapy. The Birth Story Listening process is not therapy, and is exclusively limited to talking through a personal experience related to pregnancy, birth, or postpartum.

Sessions last 60-90 minutes and cost $100.
